Many of our menu items are vegan or vegetarian, or may be made so with minor changes. Additionally, and for your safety, please make us aware of any food intolerances. Your server will be happy to answer any questions, and to offer substitutions which better fit your diet.

Peeling all of our veggies creates a lot of kitchen waste! Cafe59 combines these scraps with spent coffee grounds to create compost for a West Side Community Garden.

Cafe59 strives to use locally produced products, including Finger Lakes coffee, Costanzo’s rolls, Father Sam’s pitas, Weber’s mustard, Mineo & Sapio sausage, Sahlen’s Ham, & Johnnie Ryan soda. Our produce and specialty ingredients are purchased from Guercio & Sons, and we carry Coca-Cola products, bottled right here in WNY.
